Help build a stronger community by learning how to support people through conflict. In Peer Mediation Committee, students will practice listening, asking good questions, staying neutral, understanding different perspectives, and helping others work toward agreements.

Members will learn the basics of mediation and restorative practice, then use those skills to support real situations in the LightHouse community when appropriate. The goal is not to decide who is right or wrong, but to help people communicate, repair harm, and find a way forward.

This committee is a good fit for students who care about fairness, relationships, leadership, and helping make LightHouse a place where people can work through conflict with honesty and respect.
