College Bound is a workshop for students who are planning for college or even possibly considering it as a next step after LightHouse.

We’ll work together through each part of the process, from exploring colleges and understanding admissions requirements to navigating the Common App and developing a strong college essay. Students will learn how to research schools, keep track of deadlines, ask good questions, and make choices based on what matters most to them.

We’ll also connect virtually with college admissions professionals and visit local college campuses when possible, giving students the chance to learn directly from the people and places involved in the process.

Whether you already know where you want to apply or are still figuring out what kind of college experience might be right for you, this class will help you build a clear, informed path forward.
