Privacy Policy — Text Message Program

What we collect
For the text message program we collect your mobile phone number, your consent status for each channel (call, text, email), and records of messages sent to you. Your number is provided by you at enrollment [or in the family portal].
Why we collect it
Solely to send you the attendance, emergency and closure notices described in our Text Message Terms. We do not use it for advertising or marketing.
⚠️ Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share your number only with the messaging service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf (currently Twilio), and only for that purpose. They are contractually bound to use it only to deliver our messages.
How long we keep it
For as long as your child is enrolled, and afterwards as required by our records-retention obligations. You may ask us to remove your number at any time.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any message, or contact us, to stop text messages. You can ask us to correct or delete your contact information by contacting [EMAIL].
Children
These messages are sent to parents, guardians and staff — never to students. We do not collect a student's mobile number for this program.
