LightHouse sends text messages to the parents and legal guardians of enrolled students, and to its own employed staff, about school attendance and safety. This is not a marketing program. We do not send promotional or advertising messages.
You provide your mobile number and give consent for text messages when enrolling your child, and/or when you first sign in to the LightHouse family portal. Consent is recorded per channel; if you have not consented to text messages, we do not send you any.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or of receiving any school service.
Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only when a relevant event occurs — most families receive fewer than [5] messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. LightHouse does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. You may also opt out by contacting the school office at 413-420-8299 or contact@lighthouseholyoke.org.

Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of phone calls, email, or other school communication, and does not affect your child's enrollment.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Do not rely on text messages alone in an emergency.
